Project Overview

The Applications Hub is an internal enterprise portal that consolidates access to ExxonMobil's ecosystem of business tools, platforms, and enabling services. My work on the Hub was part of a broader engagement designing enterprise mobile and desktop product experiences for ExxonMobil — taking interfaces from research and wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes and final engineering handoff, and bringing a user-centered process (interviews, usability testing, and stakeholder alignment) to complex internal tools that thousands of employees rely on daily.

Role

As UX/UI Designer on the Applications Hub, I owned the end-to-end design execution — from initial research and wireframes through interactive prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and final engineering handoff. My work focused on making the Hub feel intuitive and confidence-inspiring for a broad range of internal users navigating a dense set of enterprise applications.

Key Contributions

• Designed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for mobile and desktop enterprise applications
• Planned and ran user interviews and usability testing, translating findings into concrete design decisions
• Presented and rationalized design direction to product teams and stakeholders, aligning cross-functional partners
• Designed UI micro-interactions and animations to clarify and polish core workflows
• Owned design execution end to end — from wireframe through final asset delivery to engineering
